1.0    REGISTRATION:      

We are a limited liability company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 21st February, 2006 with RC 646083 INTER GLOBAL PROJECTS SERVICES LIMITED. Our company is fully indigenous with Nigeria Directors and foreign affiliate and partnership.

1.1    LOCATION:
INTER GLOBAL PROJECTS SERVICES LIMITED. has its Head Office at Plot D, Golf Course Layout, Old GRA Port Harcourt, Rivers State with a Branch office at 44 Randle  Surulere, Lagos

1.2.    LICENSING:
As an indigenous company in the oil and gas sector, we have continued to obtain relevant license including; DPR, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance, Workmen’s Compensation now National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) from inception.
 
1.3.    ALLIANCE / AFFILIATIONS:
To enhance our performance and for strategic and tactical support, we are affiliated to several companies within and outside Nigeria. Our executive consultants are members of different professional group in Oil & Gas Associations Overseas.

1.4.    CLIENTELE BASE:
From a humble beginning, we have become fully operational in the oil and Gas industry. Our client list has expanded to various segments in both upstream and downstream. Some of our clients are based in Lagos but principally Port Harcourt. Some of our key clients include: Ocean and Oil Company (Oando), Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited, Onne Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority, F & C Oil, (A growing indigenous Oil Marketing Company), Schlumberger Group of Companies, Rivers State Ministry of Works,  and many others. We are about concluding our registration with Nigeria Agip Oil Company, Shell Petroleum Development Company, Chevron and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and are fully equipped to commence business with them.
 
1.5    OUR PEOPLE
As a registered indigenous Company, we have professional engineers who are capable of providing efficient services to the Oil and Gas sector. The various areas of our engineers include;

1.5.1    STAFF STRENGTH
Our total number of staff in operation as at date is approximately Fifteen (25) including administrative and executive officers. As a matter of policy, the minimum entry required for our field operatives is GCE “O” Level with a minimum of four credits. Our controlling officers (Co-ordinators/supervisors) required a minimum of OND; Our Executive Management is made up of graduates.
